Our Basic Home Monitoring Package includes
INTERIORS
- Adjust and set air conditioners and furnaces
- Visual inspection of interior walls, Ceilings and floors
- Run all faucets, taps and toilets
- Check for leaks, clogs or frozen pipes
- Cycle lights and replace bulbs as needed including appliance's
- Secure all windows and doors
- Check refrigerators, freezers and wine coolers to assure temperature is maintained and check all appliances for functionality
- Test security system and smoke detector
- Check water softener and filtration systems maintain as required
- Check for pest invasion
- Water plants
EXTERIORS
- Cycle exterior lights on/off replace accessible bulbs as needed.
- Check siding, decking and railings for damage.
- Visually check that gutters and leaders are in place.
- Ensure lawn, pool and hot tub services are maintained.
- Start vehicles.
- Severe weather storm checks conducted after heavy storms.
